  • What size am I?
 Unsure of what size to buy? Compare your measurements to our Size Chart or speak to our stylist via our live chat in the bottom right hand corner of the page.
  • An item I want to buy is sold out – will you be restocking it?
 Due to the nature of our business, we release limited pieces per style and can never guarantee that an item will be restocked. Helpful Hint: Act quickly when you find a style you like! 
  • How do I use a discount code or a voucher?
To enter a discount or gift voucher code, enter the code into the 'Add Coupon Code or Voucher' box at checkout. Provided that your order complies with the terms of the offer, the discount/amount will be taken off your order total.
  • Why isn't my discount code working?
There are several reasons why your code may not be working. Kindly check that:
  • You are logged into your customer account.
  • The items in your cart meet the requirements for the promotion.
  • The code has not expired.
  • The items in your cart are not on sale as discounted items are not eligible for further discount.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

  • I’m trying to sign into my account – help!
Although you don’t need an account to make a purchase, you will need to create one if you wish to use a promotional code or track your order and stay updated on our collection releases and restocks. Firstly, check that you have previously created a customer account. If you’re seeing the ‘invalid login or password’ message, make sure your email and password are correct. If you still can’t sign in, you can request to change your password – just follow the prompts on the page and enter your account email.If you’re still having trouble, contact our customer care team at info@nnthelabel.com with a screenshot of your issue.
  • Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation email?
Please allow 24 hours for shipping confirmation emails to come through, or until the next business day if ordering over a weekend. Please also check your junk and spam folders and add us as a contact to avoid this happening in the future. You can also check your order status via the dashboard in your account at any time.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
We offer express shipping on all orders! Head to our Shipping Policy page for more information on shipping services. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to seven business days depending on your location.
  • Do you offer worldwide delivery?
We ship all around the globe! All our products ship from Riyadh to the destination of your choice via DHL.
  • How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email which includes your tracking number. You can also check the status of your order via the dashboard in your account.
  • What is your returns policy?
Your item(s) can be returned within 7 days of receiving your purchase, provided they meet our return conditions. Head to our Returns Policy to find out more!
